Solid wastes shall be deposited at a processing facility or
disposal area approved by the City and complying with all requirements
of Sections 260.200 to 260.245, RSMo., and the rules and regulations
thereunder.

The City Council may classify certain wastes as hazardous wastes
which will require special handling and shall be disposed of only
in a manner acceptable to the Council and which will meet all local,
State and Federal regulations.
