The following fees shall be paid to the Borough of Kenilworth for technical reviews and inspections performed:
A. 
Plot grading/drainage review (residential): $150.
B. 
Engineering review for final certificate of occupancy: $150.
C. 
As-built inspection: $100 each occurrence.
D. 
Commercial/industrial site review.
(1) 
Up to 10,000 square feet of lot area: $200.
(2) 
Each foot over the first 10,000 square feet of lot area: $200.
(3) 
Site inspections (one hour per inspection visit for up to 10,000 square feet of lot area): $100.
E. 
Road opening permit: $150.
F. 
Driveway modification: $75.
G. 
Tree removal permit: $50.
H. 
Retaining wall review: $150.
