The following intersections are hereby designated as stop intersections
for traffic moving in the directions specified below. Any person operating
a vehicle shall stop at any stop sign or traffic signal, whether permanent
or temporary, placed on the streets of the City of Vinita Park, as
authorized under the Model Traffic Code or as authorized by the Police
Department of the City of Vinita Park in emergency situations.
