§ 14-1 Establishment.

New Britain Borough shall establish a Blighted Property Review Committee consisting of the following:

A. One member of Borough Council.

B. One member of the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority, to be selected by the Redevelopment Authority.

C. One member of the Borough Planning Commission.

D. At least one member selected by the Mayor.

§ 14-2 Conformance with statutory provisions.

Once established, said Committee shall act in conformance with the Pennsylvania Urban Redevelopment Law.[1]

§ 14-3 When effective.

This chapter shall be effective upon adoption and continue in effect until said Committee is disbanded by further ordinance.
