§ 302-38 One-day licenses; fees.

A. 
Application for said one-day license shall be submitted to the City Clerk or his or her designee. The application must include the nature of items for sale, the location where the business will be conducted, and date(s), a copy of the state tax permit, and a copy of the applicable State Health Department license. Said one-day license must be approved by the City Council. Said license shall be displayed conspicuously at all times. Any person who has had his or her license revoked by the City Council shall not be eligible for a one-day license.
B. 
If utilizing private property, any person who is licensed under the provisions of this article must present to the City Clerk, and must retain a copy to keep in his or her possession, written permission from the owner of the property on which he or she is selling authorizing the person to sell upon the property. This authorization must be current and must state for how long the permission is granted. Said property must be properly zoned for such activity.

C. 
The fee for a one-day license is $50 per day.

§ 302-39 Special event permit; fees.

A. 
Any special event, as recognized and approved by the City Council, or at a permitted parade, may utilize any vendor that is duly licensed by this chapter.
B. 
A one-day special event peddler's permit may be issued to persons, hawkers, peddlers, or mobile food vendors, as defined herein, not currently licensed, engaged in the sale of various products at special events, as recognized and approved by the City Council or at permitted parades. Application for said license shall be submitted to the City Clerk or his or her designee along with a fee of $50 per day. Application must include the nature of items for sale, the special event or parade title and date(s), a copy of the state tax permit, and a copy of the applicable State Health Department license. Said one-day permit will be issued administratively by the City Clerk. Said license shall be displayed conspicuously at all times. All sales under this special event license permit will be limited only to the hours of the special event and shall be conducted where the special event is being held. Any person who has had his or her license revoked by the City Council shall not be eligible for a permit by the City Clerk.
