Pursuant to the authority of Section 365.070 and in conformance with Section 380.240 of the Municipal Code, the following section of municipal road is hereby established as "No Truck Route" and shall allow commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of twelve thousand one (12,001) pounds or more to utilize this section of road for local deliveries only.
