The Street Department shall be supervised by the Public Works
Commission.
The Street Superintendent shall be responsible for the maintenance,
reconstruction and cleaning of streets, the removal of snow and ice
therefrom, the maintenance of bridges and storm sewers, the collection
of garbage and refuse materials, recycling, the destruction and removal
of noxious weeds and the performance of such other services as may
be required by the Public Works Commission.
