[HISTORY: Adopted by the Common Council of the City of Watertown by Ord. No. 02-16 (§§ 9.08 and 9.20 of the former City Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Per § 134.65, Wis. Stats., and any amendments thereto, the City of Watertown shall issue a cigarette and tobacco products retailer license to any establishment selling cigarette and/or tobacco products. Said license shall require payment of a fee as set by the Common Council and provided under separate fee schedule for the licensing period July 1 through June 30.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code. Each violation and each day a violation continues or occurs shall constitute a separate offense. This action shall not preclude the City from maintaining any appropriate action to prevent or remove a violation of this chapter.
