Cost of repairs of structure shall be shared on a 50-50 basis with Bates County and Cass County.

Agreement dated May 30, 1991. Road maintenance with townships West Boone, East Boone and Deer Creek are 50/50 basis as in the prior agreements with each township. January 5, 2001.

East Boone Township. 355th from east edge of the township line to Cass County Amarugia Road.

West Boone Township. 355th from 18 Highway east to one thousand two hundred (1,200) feet east of Nelson Road.
