A. 
There is hereby adopted as the plumbing code of the City the National Plumbing Code, being particularly the 2009 Edition thereof, as published and recommended by the International Code Council, Inc.
B. 
The provisions of the plumbing code adopted in Subsection (A) shall control all plumbing installations in the City except where the plumbing code so adopted conflicts with any provision of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gerald. One (1) copy of the plumbing code adopted in this Section shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk and available for public inspection.
C. 
The plumbing code as adopted by the City of Gerald may, as necessary from time to time, be amended to add local modifications and revisions as may be approved by the Board as recommended by the City Building Inspector.
