A.
The International Fire Prevention Code,
being particularly the 2009 Edition thereof, as published by the International
Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted in full as if set out verbatim
in this Section. One (1) copy of this code so adopted shall be on
file in the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public
inspection.
B.
The fire code so adopted shall govern all
buildings, construction and use of buildings within the City unless
in conflict with another ordinance of the City in which case such
ordinance shall prevail.
C.
The fire code as adopted by the City of
Gerald may, as necessary from time to time, be amended to add local
modifications and revisions as may be approved by the Board as recommended
by the City Building Inspector.
