It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle, passenger
or commercial, motor-driven or otherwise, on any of the following
specified streets in the City during the specified periods and the
Chief of Police or his/her deputy is hereby authorized to order that
any vehicle parked in violation of any of the following provisions
of this Section shall be towed to a place of off-street storage and
held under Police custody until claimed by the owner:
