A.
ANIMAL
PERSON
As used in this article, the following terms, shall have the meanings
indicated, unless a different meaning appears from the context:
Any domestic animal or domestic fowl, or any wild animal
or wild fowl, bird or waterfowl.
Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation,
or legal entity.
B.
In this article, the singular shall include a plural, a plural shall
include the singular, and the masculine shall include the feminine.
It shall be unlawful for any person to feed any animal in any
City park within the City of Lower Burrell.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding
$600, and in default of payment, to undergo imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
