Section 125.010 Municipal Court Designated.

The 42nd Judicial Circuit Court of Iron County, Missouri, is hereby designated as the Municipal Court of Ironton, Missouri.

[1] Editor's Note: Ord. No, 645 designated the Iron County Circuit Court as the Municipal Court for the City of Ironton and effectively replaced all of former Chapter 125, containing Sections 125.010 through 125.170.

Section 125.020 Effective Date.

The City of Ironton shall transfer all of its records concerning the Ironton Municipal Court in a timely manner, and the court shall be established in Ironton, Missouri, at the Iron County Circuit Courthouse, effective March 1, 2019.
