All persons under the age of eighteen (18) shall be off the
streets and out of the public parks and thoroughfares of the City
of Ironton between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M., Sunday through
Thursday, and 12:01 A.M. and 6:00 A.M., Saturday through Sunday; the
Chief of Police and Police Department are hereby directed to escort
any first-time violators to their homes if they reside within the
City, and the parents shall be given summons for appearance in City
Court; provided, that this Section shall not prohibit a person under
the age of eighteen (18) years from so doing if accompanied by his
or her parents or a responsible adult.
