All motor vehicles not subject to the provisions of Article II of this chapter, including utility trailers, shall, in all residential zoning districts within the Town, as defined in § 148-8 of this chapter, be stored or parked behind the front setback or setbacks of the main structure or on the driveway serving the property. The foregoing requirement shall not apply to casual parking or storage for a period not to exceed seven days in any calendar year.
