34.14.1.Â
Initial inspection or investigation of a complaint: fee shall
be set in accordance with a schedule of fees, charges, or expenses
as determined by Municipal Council.

If a follow up is required, a fee shall be charged per man hour
for each return visit. The fee shall be set in accordance with a schedule
