Section 115.155 Class E Water License Holder — Duties.

The Class E water license holder shall perform all duties that are required by the Department of Natural Resources and the City of Northmoor, Missouri. The Class E water license holder shall keep his/her license updated as required. Provided however, said license holder shall not perform any work for which he/she is not qualified.
