A person commits the offense of refusal to identify as a witness
if, knowing he or she has witnessed any portion of an offense, or
of any other incident resulting in physical injury or substantial
property damage, he or she refuses to report or gives a false report
of his or her name and present address to a Law Enforcement Officer
engaged in the performance of his or her duties.
A person commits the offense of disturbing a judicial proceeding
if, with the purpose to intimidate a judge, attorney, juror, party
or witness and thereby influence a judicial proceeding, he or she
disrupts or disturbs a judicial proceeding by participating in an
assembly and calling aloud, shouting, or holding or displaying a placard
or sign containing written or printed matter, concerning the conduct
of the judicial proceeding, or the character of a judge, attorney,
juror, party or witness engaged in such proceeding, or calling for
or demanding any specified action or determination by such judge,
attorney, juror, party, or witness in connection with such proceeding.
A person commits the offense of improper communication if he/she
communicates, directly or indirectly, with any juror, special master,
referee or arbitrator in a judicial proceeding, other than as part
of the proceedings in a case, for the purpose of influencing the official
action of such person.

A person commits the offense of giving false information to
a Police Officer if for the purpose of concealing his/her identity
to avoid apprehension and/or prosecution he/she knowingly gives a
false name and/or date of birth and/or Social Security number and/or
any other information that would conceal his/her true identity to
any Law Enforcement Official.
A person commits the offense of escape from custody or attempted
escape from custody if, while being held in custody after arrest for
any offense or violation of probation or parole, he/she escapes or
attempts to escape from custody.
A person commits the offense of escape or attempted escape from
confinement if, while being held in confinement after arrest for any
offense, while serving a sentence after conviction for any offense,
or while at an institutional treatment center operated by the Department
of Corrections as a condition of probation or parole, he or she escapes
or attempts to escape from confinement.

Any person or persons who shall aid or assist, abet, council,
hire or by any means procure any person to commit the violation of
any City ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished in
the same manner as for committing the offense so aided, assisted,
abetted, counselled, hired or procured to be committed.

No person shall knowingly fail or refuse to comply with any
lawful order or direction of a Police Officer.

A. A person
commits the offense of using a laser pointer if such person knowingly
directs a light from a laser pointer at a uniformed police or safety
officer, including a peace officer as defined under Section 590.010,
RSMo., security guard, firefighter, emergency medical worker, or other
uniformed municipal, state, or federal officer.
B. As
used in this section, "laser pointer" means a device that emits a
visible light amplified by the stimulated emission of radiation.
C. The
offense of using a laser pointer is an ordinance violation.
