A. Adoption. The International Fire Code, 2012 Edition, published
by the International Code Council, Inc. is hereby enacted and made
part of this Article by reference, a copy of which can be found at
the City Clerk's office, Northmoor, Missouri.
B. Penalty. Any person(s) violating any provision of said code
may be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00)
or by imprisonment not in excess of ninety (90) days, or by both said
fine and imprisonment.

A. Visual
identification signs as specified in the Uniform Fire Code Standard
No. 79-3 shall be placed at entrances to and in locations where hazardous
materials are stored, handled or used.
B. The
placard must indicate the proper values of all hazardous materials
on the property.
C. This
shall be performed by experienced, technically competent persons and
proper documentation shall be submitted to the Code Enforcement Office
of the City as to the numbers established for each hazard and the
name of the individual who established the said numbers and specific
hazard used.
D. A copy
of the material data safety sheet (MSDS) supplied by the manufacturer
be given to the Code Enforcement Office of the City for each product
on the property to be kept on file in his/her office.
E. Material
data safety sheets (MSDS) supplied by the manufacturer be kept current
and on file on the property where the hazards are stored, handled
or used.
F. Any
person violating any provision of said code may be punished by a fine
of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment
not to exceed ninety (90) days, or by both said fine and imprisonment.
Each day that this violation is not corrected will be deemed a separate
offense.
