A.
Adoption. The International Residential Code, 2006 Edition,
published by the International Code Council, Inc. is hereby enacted
and made part of this Article by reference, a copy of which can be
found at the City Clerk's office, Northmoor, Missouri.
B.
Penalty. Any person(s) violating any provision of said code
may be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00)
or by imprisonment not in excess of ninety (90) days, or by both said
fine and imprisonment.
