41.4.1.
Municipality of Bethel Park historic landmarks and sites shall be
determined in a community-wide survey of historical landmarks and
sites, delineated in writing to Bethel Park Council, and designated
on an Official Map of the Municipality of Bethel Park.
41.4.2.
The Official Historic Landmarks/Sites Map shall be signed by the
Municipality of Bethel Park Council and located in the office of the
Building Permit Officer.
41.5.1.
Where uncertainty and/or discrepancies exist as to the boundaries
of the landmarks or sites as shown on the Official Municipality of
Bethel Park Historic Landmarks/Sites Map described in the above, the
following rules shall apply:
1.
Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center lines
of streets, highways, or alleys shall be construed to follow such
center lines.
2.
Boundaries indicated as approximately following plotted lot lines
shall be construed as following such lot lines.
3.
Boundaries indicated as parallel to or extensions of features indicated
in the above, shall be so construed. Distances not specifically indicated
on this Official Map shall be determined by the scale of the Map.
4.
Where physical or cultural features existing ou the ground are at
variance with those shown on the Official Map, or in other circumstances
not covered by the above, the Bethel Park Council shall interpret
the boundaries of the District.
