42.1.1.Â
The following acts are hereby declared to be unlawful and prohibited:
1.Â
To hunt within the limits of the Municipality of Bethel or take therefrom
any game birds or game animals.
2.Â
To shoot or discharge any firearm or deadly weapon within the municipality
limits while hunting or trapping for game birds or game animals of
any kind, or to use any bow and arrow except in a supervised target
range.
42.2.1.Â
Any person or persons violating the above sections of this chapter
of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof before the Mayor
or any Justice of the Peace, be subject to a fine of not more than
$25 for each offense, and in default of the payment of the said fine
and the costs of prosecution shall be imprisoned for a period not
exceeding five days.
42.3.1.Â
Any ordinance or part of any ordinance conflicting with the provisions
of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the
same affects this ordinance.
