65.12.1.
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of
this ordinance or aiding, abetting or assisting in the violation of
said provisions shall, within five days of receipt of notice of violation,
pay a fine of $20. If not paid within the specified time period, the
violation shall be turned over to the District Magistrate. Upon determination
of guilt, the fine shall be $15 plus costs of prosecution.
