65.18.1.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop,
stand or park such vehicle in any place marked as a loading zone for
a period of time longer than necessary for expeditious loading or
unloading.
65.19.1.
It shall be unlawful to operate or to park on any street any
vehicle for the primary purpose of displaying advertising or demonstrating
merchandise. It shall be unlawful to operate or to park on any street
any vehicle equipped with and using sound producing devices to attract
the public's attention for advertising purposes.
