Upon the streets herein designated, vehicular traffic shall

for the safe movement of traffic within the Municipality in accordance
with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

Street Closed to Through Traffic. West Library Avenue from its
intersection with Mesta Street to its intersection with Ohio Street
shall be closed for through traffic between the hours of 10:55 a.m.
