The City of Pasadena Hills may contract with the County of St.
Louis, Missouri, for the services, facilities or functions required
for the enforcement of this Chapter upon the terms and conditions
as may be agreed upon by and between the Board of Aldermen of the
City and the County of St. Louis, Missouri.
