In accordance with Section 315.140(2), a school safety zone
shall be established at the location identified below. It shall be
unlawful for any person to drive in excess of twenty (20) mph when
passing through the school safety zone during the hours of 7:00 A.M.
and 5:00 P.M. weekdays when school is in session, provided the school
safety zone and speed limit signs are properly erected and maintained.
