It shall be unlawful for any person, except law enforcement
officers in the pursuance of their duties, to discharge a shotgun,
rifle, revolver, pistol or any other firearm within the limits of
the Borough of Sharon Hill.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the
Borough of Sharon Hill to discharge or shoot any Flobert rifle, air
rifle, spring gun, BB gun or any instrument which impels with force
a metal pellet of any kind, or to shoot or throw any arrow, metal,
stone, brick or other missile upon or near any street or highway,
or to throw wantonly any snowball, baseball, metal, stone, brick or
other missile upon, over or in the highways or streets within the
limits of the Borough that is capable of injuring persons or property.
It shall be unlawful for any person within the limits of the
Borough of Sharon Hill to sell a Flobert rifle, air rifle or BB gun
to any minor under the age of 18 years or, by purchase, gift or other
means, furnish a Flobert rifle, air rifle or BB gun to any minor under
the age of 18 years.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this chapter before any Magisterial District Judge shall
be sentenced to pay a maximum fine as provided from time to time by
state statute, together with costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days, or both.
