Within any R-100 District, no building, structure, lot or land
shall be used for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. Single-family detached dwelling.
B. Church or other place of worship, Sunday school, parish house.
C. Public park or playground.
D. Agriculture, horticulture and their accessory uses, except that no
storage of odor- or dust-producing materials shall be permitted within
200 feet of any lot line.

Within any R-100 District, the following accessory uses shall
be permitted:
A. Private garage or private parking area.
B. Customary accessory structures and uses.
C. Signs, pursuant to Article
XX.
D. Home professional office.
F. Noncommercial swimming pool, with yard requirements as set forth in §
444-6.
Within any R-100 District, no building or structure shall be
erected nor any lot or land area utilized unless in conformity with
the following schedule, which is hereby declared to be a part of this
chapter:

No one-story dwelling house shall hereafter be erected unless
said building has a minimum ground floor area of 1,200 square feet
exclusive of porches, basements, breezeways and attached garages.
No two-story dwelling house shall hereafter be erected unless said
building has a minimum ground floor area of 800 square feet on the
first floor exclusive of porches, basements, breezeways and attached
garages. No building shall be considered a two-story dwelling unless
the second floor thereof shall contain at least 60% of the square
footage of the floor area of the first floor, using a minimum four-foot
knee wall.
Within any R-100 District, the following conditional uses shall
be permitted pending approval of the Belvidere Planning Board:
A. Public or private school approved by the New Jersey State Department
of Education.
B. Community center building and public library.
C. General medical and surgical hospital.
D. Public utility building or structure.
