Within the CH District, the following accessory uses will be permitted:
A.
Within the CH District, no building or structure shall be erected nor any lot or land area utilized unless in conformity with the following schedule, which is hereby declared to be part of this chapter:

B.
Conforming lots in former P Zone District. Any lot separately existing of record and designated as a separate lot on the Tax Map of the Town of Belvidere as of the date of adoption of this amendment[1] deleting the P District and redesignating the same as the CH District and which lot was in conformance with the bulk and use requirements of the P District shall be considered a conforming lot for all land use and development purposes.

C.
Within the CH District, a governmental or professional office use may occupy no more than one floor of a mixed-use residential and professional office structure. The remaining stories of the structure shall be used for residential purposes consistent with the requirements of this chapter.
Every residential dwelling unit shall have a floor area of not less than 600 square feet for each dwelling unit.
Within the CH District, the following conditional uses shall be permitted subject to approval by the Belvidere Planning Board:
A.
Public or private school approved by the New Jersey Department of Education.
B.
Community center building and public library.
C.
Public utility building(s) or structure(s).
D.
Two-family dwellings.
F.
Bed-and-breakfast residences. An owner-occupied, single-family residence that provides overnight lodging for transient guests shall be a permitted conditional use, subject to the following requirements:

(1)
The bed-and-breakfast must be located in a recognized historic structure.
(2)
No more than one nonfamily employee.
(3)
There should be one off-street parking space for any nonresident employee and one off-street parking space for each guest room.
(4)
The number of guest rooms shall not exceed three.
(5)
No guest may be registered for a period exceeding 14 consecutive nights.
(6)
The bed-and-breakfast shall register as required with the Bureau of Housing Inspection, Department of Community Affairs, and otherwise comply with all state housing and Board of Health rules and regulations, as the same may be applicable.
(7)
One freestanding or wall-mounted sign consistent with the sign regulations of the district.
