The following special restrictions shall apply in the municipal parking lot on West Street:
A. 
Two spaces shall be designated in the area on the southwest border to the parking lot adjacent to the trash storage area to be reserved for delivery personnel for Stefano's Restaurant only. All others will be towed.
B. 
One space on the southwesterly border to the parking lot adjacent to the trash storage area shall be designated for the building/property manager parking only. All others will be towed.
C. 
Two spaces shall be designated on the westernmost corner of such parking lot directly behind 262 State Street and adjacent to the Branaugh Memorial Youth Club as Schermerhorn parking only. All others will be towed.
D. 
An area shall be designated in the northernmost corner of the parking lot directly behind 256 State Street as "No Parking" for a loading dock.
E. 
Three parking spaces are established in the municipal lot on West Street for municipal employees and one parking spot is removed in front of the stairs of the courtroom rear entrance.
