The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Site Design Guidance
Regulations as amended by the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
and developed in conjunction with the St. Louis Municipalities Phase
II Storm Water Steering Committee is hereby adopted as the Site Design
Guidance Regulations for the City of Winchester, Saint Louis County,
Missouri, as if fully set out herein.
