A.
There
is hereby enacted a health code for the City of New London, County
of Ralls, State of Missouri, to be known as the "New London Code of
Health Regulations" which shall apply to all persons and geographic
sites within the City of New London, County of Ralls, State of Missouri.
B.
The
New London Code of Health Regulations as enacted herein shall be divided
into major subject areas of public health concern by Chapters, and
Chapters I and II are hereby reserved for future use and enactment.
C.
There
is hereby enacted the following Chapter to become part of the New
London Code of Health Regulations and to be designated as Chapter
III.
D.
The
New London Board of Aldermen may from time to time convene a hearing
on proposed or desired changes or revisions to the New London Code
of Health Regulations and may adopt such changes, revisions and amendments
as the Council shall determine are in the interest of promotion of
the public health and welfare and permitted by the law of Missouri.
