The International Mechanical Code, 2012 edition, including Appendix
Chapter A, as published by the International Code Council, be and
is hereby adopted as the Mechanical Code of the City of Lewes, in
the State of Delaware, and each and all regulations, provisions, penalties,
conditions and terms of said Mechanical Code are hereby referred to,
adopted, and made part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
