When signs are properly placed, erected or installed for the purpose of giving the public notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or places set forth hereinafter for a period longer than the time indicated below:

From the intersection of State Highway 124 and Route B thence in a southerly direction along the west side of State Route B a distance of one hundred seventy two (172) feet and along the east side of State Route B a distance of one hundred seventeen (117) feet, in those areas with signs in place as of the date of this ordinance
As indicated by signs
Municipal parking area located behind the Hallsville Business District on the east side of Route B
Forty-eight (48) consecutive hours [For the purposes of this ordinance, the forty-eight (48) consecutive hours described herein shall not include time from 5:00 p.m. Friday until 8:00 a.m. Monday each week or from 5:00 p.m. the day before a City work holiday until 8:00 a.m. the day after such holiday.]

From the east City limits, west on Route OO five-tenths (0.5) of a mile to the intersection of Route OO and Highway 124

From the west City limits, east on Highway 124 five-tenths (0.5) of a mile to the intersection of Highway 124 and Route OO
Brown Avenue
From the intersection of Brown Avenue and Highway 124 south and then east on Brown Avenue to its intersection with Hudson Avenue; provided, however, that parking may be allowed in the prohibited area upon issuance of a special parking permit by the City's Chief of Police
Bertie Avenue
From the intersection of Bertie Avenue and Elaine Avenue a distance of sixty (60) feet north from that intersection and continuing around the curve for a total distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet from that intersection
Boone Court
From the intersection of Boone Court and Elm Street a distance of two hundred eighty five (285) feet north from that intersection
