When signs are properly placed, erected or installed for the
purpose of giving the public notice thereof, no person shall park
a vehicle upon any of the streets or places set forth hereinafter
for a period longer than the time indicated below:

Forty-eight (48) consecutive hours [For the purposes of this
ordinance, the forty-eight (48) consecutive hours described herein
shall not include time from 5:00 p.m. Friday until 8:00 a.m. Monday
each week or from 5:00 p.m. the day before a City work holiday until
8:00 a.m. the day after such holiday.]

provided, however, that parking may be allowed in the prohibited area
upon issuance of a special parking permit by the City's Chief of Police

Bertie Avenue
|
From the intersection of Bertie Avenue and Elaine Avenue a distance
of sixty (60) feet north from that intersection and continuing around
the curve for a total distance of two hundred fifty (250) feet from
that intersection

of two hundred eighty five (285) feet north from that intersection
