The standards and exemptions contained in Article I, § 52-1 of the Code of Sussex County, as enacted or hereafter amended, are hereby adopted by reference as the code for building construction in the Town of Ocean View.
The Town of Ocean View adopts the standards of Section R313
(Smoke Alarms) of the IRC.
