No site preparation, site disturbance, excavation or other similar construction activity, and no interior or exterior construction of buildings or dwellings shall be carried out in the Town of Ocean View on:
A. 
Weekdays between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following morning.
B. 
Saturdays between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following morning.
C. 
Sundays, except for an owner of a dwelling performing interior or exterior construction at his/her own place of residence.
The provisions of this article shall not apply to public works projects relating to the construction, repair or maintenance of roads, water and sewer infrastructure, or stormwater management and control.
