This article shall apply to final approvals and permits, related
to real property, issuable by any board, officer or employee of the
Town of Mamakating, including but not limited to a building permit,
demolition permit, subdivision approval, special permit, site plan
approval or variance, or for a waiver of any such permit or approval
requirement.
No final approval or permit to which this article applies shall
be issued, granted or approved unless all property taxes and other
assessments, liens and charges previously levied by or on behalf of
the Town of Mamakating upon the real property which is the subject
of the approval or permit, together with any interest and penalties
thereon, have been paid to the Town of Mamakating.
