If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is
for any reason held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
such a decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
of this chapter.
This chapter specifically repeals existing Chapters 11, 12, 13 and 16 of the Land Development Ordinance of Knowlton. In addition, all ordinances and parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
This chapter shall take effect immediately after passage, publication
and filing in a manner provided by law.
