As authorized by and in accordance with Section 365.070 of this Title, except when necessary for the purposes of loading or unloading, trucks having a greater capacity than one (1) ton (two thousand (2,000) pounds) or carrying flammable or hazardous materials shall not park in an area of the City zoned for residential use and shall only use the following truck routes within the City of Lincoln, Missouri.
