It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally smell or
inhale fumes into his respiratory or circulatory system for the purpose
of causing a condition of intoxication, euphoria, excitement, exhilaration,
stupefaction or a dulling of the senses or nervous system. This shall
not prohibit the inhalation of any lawfully prescribed medication
or any lawfully administered anesthesia for medical or dental purposes.
