It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or install any bar, strip, chain, cable, wire or other material which shall constitute a barrier on any door or window of any residentially zoned dwelling owned, occupied, maintained, managed or possessed by him/her.

Downspouts on any building in the City shall not direct water from roofs or gutters below ground level; such downspouts shall discharge water above ground in such manner as to avoid or prevent erosion and shall not unduly discharge onto property of others.
