The Master Right-of-Way Plan for County Roads, prepared by the Road Commission for Oakland County, is hereby adopted and confirmed as the Oakland Township, Oakland County Proposed Right-of-Way Widths of Highways within Oakland County, as set out in the schedule on file in the office of the Township Clerk, said schedule being a road map of the Township, with an explanation as to the nature, widths and usage.

Pursuant to Public Act No. 381 of 1925 (MCLA § 252.1 et seq.), and pursuant to Chapter 250, Land Divisions and Subdivisions, Part 1, Land Division, and Part 3, Land Division Regulations; the Township engineering design and standards; and the Zoning Ordinance; all plats of land which may be offered pursuant to Public Act No. 288 of 1967 (MCLA § 560.101 et seq.), shall in all respects comply with said proposed highway right-of-way requirements, and, further, no structure shall be built or otherwise placed or located so as to be in conflict with the provisions of the before-mentioned Public Acts or ordinances, it being the intent of this article to predetermine the right-of-way widths of such highways in conformity with the Oakland County Right-of-Way Widths of Highways as heretofore described in § 370-1, except as may be otherwise permitted by law.
