of the 2007 Code of Ordinances)]
The Michigan Vehicle Code, Public Act No. 300 of 1949 (MCLA
§ 257.1 et seq.), and as it may be amended from time to
time hereafter, is hereby adopted by reference and shall be enforced
by and in the Township. Printed copies of the Michigan Vehicle Code
shall be kept in the office of the Township Clerk and made available
for inspection by and distribution to the public.
References in the Michigan Vehicle Code to "local authorities"
shall mean the Township Board; references to "municipality" shall
mean the Township; references to "local ordinances" shall mean the
ordinances of the Township, and references to the "Township" shall
mean the Charter Township of Oakland.
