A.Â
Any toilet or water closet installed after the effective date of
this chapter shall not use more than 3.5 gallons of water per flush.
B.Â
Any urinal installed after the effective date of this chapter shall
not use more than 1.5 gallons per flush.
C.Â
Any shower head installed after the effective date of this chapter
shall not permit water to be used at a rate in excess of three gallons
per minute.
D.Â
Any kitchen or bathroom sink fixture installed after the effective
date of this chapter shall not permit a flow of water in excess of
2.5 gallons per minute.
E.Â
Variance. The Building Inspector may grant a variance from the above
restrictions upon written application and upon good cause shown.
