The Director of Public Safety and designated representative
in command at a fire prescribe the limits in the vicinity of any fire
within which no person, excepting those who reside therein and those
admitted by order of the City Manager, Director of Public Safety or
Public Safety Officers of the Department of Public Safety, shall be
permitted.
