GENERAL REFERENCES
Junk dealers and collectors — See Ch. 119.
No more than one motor vehicle, parts thereof or trailer which is and for the immediately preceding thirty-day period has been disabled, dismantled or inoperative or has been unregistered shall be stored on any land in the Town unless such vehicle or trailer is enclosed within a building or in areas licensed under MGL c. 140, § 54 or 54A.
Upon written notice to the violator from the Chief of Police, the violator will have 30 days from the date of said notice to:
A. 
Remove such motor vehicle or trailer from the property; or
B. 
Obtain proper registration for the vehicle or trailer from the Registry of Motor Vehicles, Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Failure to do either § 191-1 or 191-2 shall be considered a violation of this chapter and subject to a fine of $5 per day of violation. The period of time for the fine(s) shall toll from the expiration of the aforementioned thirty-day period.
