The appropriate officers of Board of Supervisors of the Township
of Upper Southampton are hereby authorized to enter into an intergovernmental
cooperation agreement with the Township of Lower Southampton to repair
and repave Buck Road located between County Line Road and Street Road.
A true and correct copy of the intergovernmental cooperation agreement
is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.[1]
