No non-elected person who has or shall hereafter serve three
(3) consecutive full terms on one (1) board, commission or committee
of the local government of the City of Kennett, Missouri, shall be
reappointed and approved to serve on that particular board, commission
or committee until after the expiration of one (1) intervening term.

Any non-elected or citizen member of any board, commission or
committee of the City who accumulates three (3) consecutive unexcused
absences shall be eligible for removal by the Mayor and a majority
vote of the City Council.

The Mayor shall appoint a member of the City Council to serve
as an ex officio member of each of the following boards, commissions
and committees: Park Board, Board of Public Works, Airport Board,
Commission on Human Rights, Housing Authority, Industrial Development
Authority and Board of Adjustment.
